[Triffany and Rose have had some good times together! While she's going through a rough transformation, she could use a pick-me-up. A present wrapped inside a pink paper contains a book of recipes for beginner cooks and a fitting Nattenfest card.]

[Rose doesn't understand what chickens have to do with anything, but that's what makes the card so incredibly funny. She laughs for a good minute at it, then displays it proudly on her nightstand. (that is where people display these cards, right? Right.) The book, on the other hand, is dropped haphazardly on the kitchen counter.

She also tells herself she'll have to find something nice to send Triffany in return.]
